Job Description

Our client is one of the world's top retail brand, established with a history, known to be a very profitable brand in the industry. As business continuously developing well, they are looking for an Assistant HR Manager to join their high performing team.

About the Role:
* Act as a trusted business partner to develop and provide strategic action plans and advises including but not limited to manpower planning, talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning ,employee engagement, compensation and benefits issues etc.
*Working closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs, develop and maintain a strong partnership internally and externally
*Support retail on talent acquisition, performance & disciplinary issues and support talent acquisition of office positions across all functions to align with company directions and cope with business growth
*Take lead in projects such as the recruitment projects, e.g explore new talent acquisition channels etc.
*Manage and implement HR programmes and policies such as roll out Talent Management initiatives
*Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

About the People:
*Degree in HRM/ Business Administration or other related disciplines
*At least 5 years of experiences as solid HR generalist with recruitment focus , preferably experiences gained from sizeable companies or industries such as retail/ luxury retail/ FMCG
*Personality wise: Proactive, fast-paced, flexible and excellent communication skills
*Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin
*Strong command in MS Office
*Candidates with supervising experiences will be an advantage
*Less experienced candidates will be considered as Senior HR Officer
