Job Description

Assistant HR Officer for a Apparel Fashion Firm to drive their full HR Com & Ben Initiatives.

Your new company
We are partnering with a Multinational Brand Management Company that has several brands within sportwear, footwear and outdoorwear and they are now looking for an Assistant HR Officer to support their Compensation team to achieve their HR objectives.

Your new role
This position reports directly to the Senior HR Officer. Your responsibilities will include assisting and implementing full spectrum of Com and Ben programmes including incentive schemes, bonus frameworks and benefits as well as expatriates visa matters. Providing general support on medical benefits issues, leave administration and C&B matters. You will partner with key members of the team and work on any ad hoc projects in line. This will be a great opportunity to touch upon South East Asia Pacific countries for an a great multinational exposure as well.

What you'll need to succeed
To be qualified for this position, you must possess:

  • A Bachelor's Degree/ Diploma Holder in HRM or Business related disciplines
  • Have at least 1 years of solid experience in compensation and benefits experiences
  • Good understanding of the HK Employment Ordinance & other statutory regulations
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Good Proficiency in using MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
