About the company:

Our client is a E-commerce business with more than 700 headcounts across the globe. They are looking for a HRIS Manager / Assistant Manager to support the launch of the workday system.

About the job:
  • Work closely with HR and business stakeholders to understand business requirements
  • Manage the design, configuration, testing, implementation, documentation, communication and training for new tools or changes to existing tools.
  • Proactively develop appropriate communication cadence and change methodology to support functions
  • Work closely with IT to ensure a proper governance structure and change control process to receive, evaluate, approve, and document process/system changes
  • Plan, budget, and forecast HR Systems needs and application requirements. Maintain awareness of vendor plans and the potential impact of those plans on current systems and the HR technology roadmap keeping executive management informed as appropriate.
Requirement for the role:
  • Bachelor degree in HRM, Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant disciplines;
  • At least 5 years' related experiences
  • Workday implementation experience highly desirable;
  • Well-versed in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
