Job Description

 

Responsibility:

  • Formulate, develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support business growth
  • Provide support on full spectrum of compensation & benefits including payroll operation, MPF & tax filing and insurance renewal and other C&B-related matters in a quality and timely manner;
  • Prepare HR reports and periodical management reports
  • Responsible for full recruitment cycle including arrange and conduct interview, prepare contract, new employee on boarding etc.
  • Responsible for full spectrum of office administrative duties including office services and supplies, insurance, repair and maintenance, leasing and tenancy renewal, etc.

Requirement:

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • A minimum of 5 years of human resource experience with at least 2 years at supervisory level in sizable company
  • Retail / FMCG industry will be preferred
  • Well versed in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and local regulations
  • Self-motivated, team player, aggressive and responsible
  • Excellent problem solving, communications and leadership skills
  • A high proficiency of written and spoken Chinese and English
  • less experience will be considered as Senior Human Resources and Administration Officer
