Responsibilities:

• Work closely with operations team in manpower planning
• Lead the team in designing and implementing talent acquisition and management programmes
• Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities
• Develop and implement initiatives to facilitate talent pipeline and talent development
• Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned

Requirement:

• Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in sizable organization, preferably in restaurant / retail industry
• Passionate in people business, positive and think win-win
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing
• Immediate availability is preferred
