Responsibilities:
- Work closely with operations team in manpower planning
- Lead the team in designing and implementing talent acquisition and management programmes
- Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities
- Develop and implement initiatives to facilitate talent pipeline and talent development
- Participate in ad-hoc projects as assigned
Requirement:
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in sizable organization, preferably in restaurant / retail industry
- Passionate in people business, positive and think win-win
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese word processing
- Immediate availability is preferred
