About Our Client

Our client is a reputable Sports & Entertainment company with around 20,000 headcounts in Hong Kong. Due to business expansion, they are currently seeking for a Human Resources Shared Services expert to join the team and provide exceptional service to various business units.


While reporting to the Team Head, you will:

  • Supervise the HR shared services team and ensure tasks are delivered efficiently
  • Responsible for C&B administration and day-to-day operation, including MPF enrolment, insurance renewal and daily enquires from internal customers
  • Oversee the documentations and maintenance of all employee records
  • Manage and enhance various HR system on project basis
  • Engage in ad hoc assignments if required

The Successful Candidate

  • Bachelor degree holder in Business, HR or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of HR Shared Services experience in sizeable organisation
  • Self-motivated individual who possess strong analytic and problem solving skills
  • Good command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin required
