You will be responsible for handling and executing all-round day to day people-related activities and initiatives including HR process, performance management, reward and benefits administration. You will review, develop and update HR policies & guidelines as and when necessary, organize and coordinate staff engagement and wellness programs, maintain accurate records and employee data, involve in HRIS system development and deployment and other HR projects.
As an Assistant HR Manager, you will work closely with the HR team to ensure compliance with local HR laws and best practices of HR functions and effectively balance employee with strong focus on business directions and needs.
