  • Provide administration support for day-to-day operation of HR Department including recruitment, payroll calculation and compensation & benefits...etc.
  • Maintain attendance record of frontline staffs
  • Maintain filing system and update database
  • Assist in any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements: 

  • DSE/ F.5 qualification or above, study in Human Resources Management or related disciplines is a plus
  • 3 years relevant working experience
  • HR experience in the field of security services or property management is an advantage, but not a must
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese;
  • Good in MS Office application 
  • Immediately available is preferred
  • Candidate will less experience will  be considered as HR Assistant
