Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist in execution of recruiting strategies and employee relations issues
  • Perform recruitment and selection process including CV screening, interview arrangements, on boarding and separation logistics
  • Explore effective recruitment channels and coordinate with recruitment activities
  • Assist to handle staff issues in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Establish and develop strong relations with internal clients and line managers
  • Prepare HR reports and analysis on a regular basis
  • Assist in ad-hoc assignments

 

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • Minimum two years of relevant experience
  • Experience gained from Property Developer would be an advantage
  • Passion in new technology and innovation to envisage future trends  
  • Good knowledge on HKSAR Employment Ordinance and other related ordinances
  • Ability to adapt multi-task in a fast-paced working environment a good team player
  • Self-motivated and good sense of responsibility
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Proficient in MS Office applications
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
