  • Understand business direction and develop strategic training plan & core training programs (e.g. service standard, management skills, supervisory skills and leadership training etc.)

  • Design assessment mechanism and KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness and deploy improvement plans
  • Develop succession planning and related training program for internal staff career development
  • Organized and facilitate classroom training and conduct on-site inspection and field coaching to enhance service standards and selling techniques in view of optimizing sales performance
  • Plan and implement revision training, continual evaluation and redesign of delivery methods to effectively meet the learning style of the Company
  • Liaise with external consultant in the development and implementation of high quality and cost effective training program when necessary
  • Manage Training budget and allocation


  • Bachelor of HR Management , Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 6-8 years retail training training experience, from Beauty / Luxury Retail is highly preferred
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills with all levels
  • Passionate in people development and training delivery
  • A good team player, well organized and ability to work independently
  • Fin both spoken and written English and Chinese
