Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Assist management to provide technical support service and integration service to Government departments and other organisations in adopting the Application Programming Interfaces (API)
  • Work with related government contractors on the design and development/enhancement work
  • Oversee outsourcing teams to provide maintenance, troubleshooting, and technical support on the day-to-day operation according to the ISO/IEC 20000, ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27701 framework
  • Work with related government contractors to prepare for the certification of ISO/IEC 20000, ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO/IEC 27701
  • Provide secretarial, administrative and logistics support to meetings on API implementation and enhancement
Requirements:
  • Higher Diploma / Degree or above in IT or equivalent disciplines
  • At least one project experience on the certification preparation for one of the ISO/IEC certifications out of ISO/IEC 20000, ISO/IEC 27001 or ISO/IEC 27701
  • Solid working experience of database design, API design and implementation, PKI, digital certificate, and identity management related technologies
  • Strong knowledge and experience in core infrastructure design and operation
  • Solid working experience on implementing digital signature using PKCS#7 object
  • Strong knowledge and experience in implementing and supporting systems using RESTful / JSON API is an advantage
  • Strong sense of analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good command of English and writing skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
