Our client is looking to hire an Assistant Manager/Team Assistant for sales administration duties in Bancassurance (banking insurance) team. This is a 12-month renewable contract.

Job Description

  • Require clerical support to sales staff & Bancassurance specialists
  • Handle any enquires from internal & external customers
  • Prefer licensed or get it after on boarding
  • Prepare sales reporting
  • Prepare sales meeting/ follow-up application documents
  • Powerpoint preparation

Requirements

  • Tertiary education level preferred
  • Presentable and approachable disposition
  • Proficient in computer skills including power- point presentation, excel and Chinese typing
  • With good communication and language skills including Chinese and English
  • At least 1 years working experience preferably have sales/ sales support or insurance experience
