Job Description

Position Objective

Manages eCommerce Platform for partners and ensures that the designing and implementing of the business requirements and, UAT test and user training can achieve the business objective, the quality and customer satisfaction

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Business requirements gathering, analysis and documentation and communicate user requirements to vendor.
  • Manage the platform requirement backlog, with ongoing enhancements and ensure the requirements are well captured and prioritised with the agreed release schedule
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and coordinate with different business unit including IT, operations, product, risk& compliance  and vendors to ensure successful project executions with high quality deliverables.
  • Prepare documentations including user stories and business requirement, test plan, test case and daily status reports
  • Perform UAT to ensure the developed system functionality and quality
  • Prepare the training material and conduct user training for system implementation.
  • Assist reporting manager to oversee the project governance
  • Ad-hoc tasks as required by reporting manager

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years (BA) / 5 years (AM) relevant working experience, in financial services or related industry would be an advantage
  • Ability to work independently and timeline driven environment
  • Strong problem solving, planning & implementation skills
  • Possesses innovative and analytical mindset, self-motivated and result-oriented
  • Energetic with “can-do" attitude
  • Good communication and presentation skills
  • Good command of written & spoken Chinese and English
