We are hiring a team of founding members for a highly scalable education-related startup project. The right Business Development Assistant Manager loves a fast-paced environment with ambitious targets. The successful candidate will be a well-rounded, genuine and passionate person who are able to deliver exceptional results.


Job Description

  • Lead a small team to source new potential clients, generate leads and assign leads to junior teammates, initiate contact, develop relationships and drive the team to hit sales target
  • Build a sales strategy for the team to grow business within new territories and execute at light speed
  • Find, pitch and close accounts
  • Provide training for clients on system implementation and operation
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to all accounts to build loyal and strong relationships
  • Update and maintain all sales reports and communicate to the management regularly
  • Update and maintain all sales and post-sales related documentation, including sales deck, merchant onboarding documentation, merchant agreements, etc.




  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with 4+ years of experience in Field Sales or Account Management role
  • Entrepreneurial, highly adaptive and fearless, history of success hitting the streets to close deals
  • Proven success being accountable to sales targets and KPIs
  • Creative solutions-driven mindset, with a “get things done” attitude
  • Self-motivated with a strong affinity for problem solving
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Working experience in startup environment is a plus
