Job Description

The right candidate who will assist the Manager to

  • Develop and implement process improvement projects with cross functional units among supply chain, other functional departments (e.g. IT & Finance) and business operations
  • Plan and execute with different functions and stakeholders to maintain process knowledge and system proficiency
  • Coordinate with external supplier and internal stakeholders to implement different systems and process flow to drive efficiency and effectiveness for the supply chain process
  • Review and identify the improvement opportunities of core processes among the supply chain to deliver value for the group
  • Review the ROI and perform financial and operational data analysis before and after the implementation of new systems / process to evaluate the effectiveness of the projects
  • Lead and participate in the process improvement projects and UAT testing of new systems implementation in the supply chain



  • Degree in Supply Chain, Information System or related discipline
  • At least 5 years relevant working experience in process improvement or system implementations, preferred in catering industry
  • Strong business analysis skills including planning, feasibility assessments and requirements development
  • Able to communicate effectively to all levels
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office


Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer.
