We are partnering with a prestigious international firm and they are currently going through some exciting changes and transformation as they are looking to expand the business in other regions. They are searching for an Assistant Manager, Compensation & Benefits to join their growing team to continually enhance their performance.
Your new role
This position reports into the Head of Compensation and Benefits. Your responsibilities will include designing and implementing full spectrum of Com & Ben programmes for the region including incentive schemes, bonus frameworks and benefits programmes, working closely with the business to provide expert advice on C&B matters. As a specialist, you will also be involved in the full cycle from design to implementation and ensure effective delivery, manage data analysis and propose insights for decision making. You will also design and implement incentive plan, ensure the compensation and reward strategy is aligned with the business strategy and drive salary planning and bonus review process through the HR transformation system.
