Job Description


  • Prepare and check facility letter in Bank’s standard template strictly pursuant to credit approval terms / requirement (including private banking section)
  • Review and comment bilateral loan agreements and security documents prepared by external solicitors
  • Review and comment syndication loan agreement and relative security documents
  • Check appropriate facility and security documents are properly/duly executed by obligors
  • Follow up loan condition precedent
  • Setup and maintain credit limit and collateral input in various systems
  • Follow up discrepant documents or other issues with business unit or relevant department
  • Prepare document registration in company registry
  • Check and follow up original finance documents for proper safekeeping
  • Credit documents filling work
  • Assist in performing ad-hoc duties/credit administrative support as assigned


  • Degree / higher Diploma holder in Finance, Business Admin. or Banking related discipline
  • At least 3 years working experiences in banking industry preferable in credit/loan administration
  • Knowledge in credit documentation
  • Positive attitude towards works and excellent interpersonal skill
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
