We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our team as Assistant Manager Credit Control Services Quality Assurance. 

In this role, you will

  • Assist to identify training needs and skill gaps of all Collections and Underwriting teams. Design learning maps for each of the various bands and roles in the department.
  • Assist to develop new training programs and enhance the existing ones in order to adapt to the rapid change in the collection and Underwriting environment
  • Provide supports to Regional Learning and Quality Assurance Initiatives especially on the areas of Call Skills and credit decisioning and Adherence to Internal and Regulatory Compliance
  • Support Regional Learning and Quality Assurance Initiatives especially on the areas of Call Skills, Values, Behaviour and Adherence to Internal and Regulatory Compliance
  • Conduct a continuous review of collection calls to ensure valid complaints are reduced
  • Lead the team in various employee engagement activities that is being run in the unit to further improve morale  

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements

  • University graduate or equivalent qualification
  • Some years of work experience as well as good knowledge of retail banking facility products and related risk and operations.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good with numbers and able to prepare management information reports
  • Strong teamwork and leadership
  • Excellent written and spoken English
