Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the implementation of loyalty programme propositions and annual planning of CRM campaigns
  • Assist in the development of loyalty/engagement programs to build customer base, improve customer loyalty and increase sales. Effectively create and interpret campaign results distilling this knowledge into solutions that improve overall marketing campaign performance and quality of customer interactions
  • Drive strategy and collaborate with Product Marketing and Product Development teams to deliver insights-driven personalised offers to target customers and launch EDM/digital campaigns that are aligned with overall marketing strategy and continually working to deepen customer relationships
  • Execute gamification/festive campaigns to boost client engagement and generate behavioral insights to understand customer needs
  • Generate analytics findings and market insights into customer segmentation and customer behavior in order to share best practices that enhance customer engagement and drive sales
  • Work with different stakeholders in the company to build CRM tool and execute Marketing related operation of the CRM tool
  • Budget and departmental work administration

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Solid experience in CRM and loyalty marketing  
  • Knowledge of CRM tool such as Salesforce / Microsoft dynamic is preferred
  • Detail-minded, tech-savvy, outgoing, good interpersonal skills and flexible to work
  • Able to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Independent, creative and result-oriented
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
