Job Description

Your new company
My client is a forward-looking insurance business. To uplift business standards, they are strengthening distribution processes to ensure alignment with compliance requirements. They are looking for an Assistant Manager, Distribution Compliance to join their team.

Your new role
You will join an experienced team and focus in monitoring the sales practices and market conducts of distribution channels including brokers, agencies and bancassurance are comply with the regulatory requirements. You will strengthen distribution operations and processes by identifying impact of new regulations and coming up with solutions to ensure compliance. You will handle fraud cases, licensing, compliance training and reporting.

What you'll need to succeed

  • 3+ years of compliance / quality assurance experience from insurance/ financial services firms
  • Experience in distribution compliance or proven knowledge in sales processes and complaints investigation would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of the rules and regulations related to insurance industry
  • Strong analytical skills in pinpointing key finds
