Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Develop & lead a small team to expand online and retail (O2O) business opportunities and be responsible for driving the team to hit monthly sales target
  • End to end ecommerce role (planning, strategy, online & offline operations, marketing, logistics)
  • Work closely with the cross-functional teams (e.g. Retails Sales, Marketing & Design, IT ) to ensure efficient and effective execution
  • Develop digital marketing strategies to implement digital performance and users acquisition strategies, and to ensure traffic and conversion
  • Ensure the development of CRM programmes, content, campaigns calendar
  • Improve user experience and interface by proposing new functions or system upgrades
  • Budget calculation including but not limited to buying, marketing, platforms spending
  • Evaluate promotional plans with supporting qualitative commentary & ROI calculations
  • Analyze business performance data and make recommendation to utilize the business opportunities for management decision
  • Assist in research on competitors and conduct trend analysis
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks as assigned

 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder or above in marketing, business administration or related disciplines
  • 4+ years professional experience in digital marketing and ecommerce
  • Strong project management skills with hands on experience overseeing content, eCRM, UX/UI, search and social to drive customer engagement and online sales
  • Good problem solving, leadership skills, negotiation skills, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, independent, detail-oriented, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
  • Strong knowledge in using Microsoft EXCEL, POWERPOINT, WORDS
  • Good Command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and proficiency in Mandarin
  • Knowledge and experience in kids and family oriented businesses is a plus
  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as E-Commerce Manager
