Job Description

Assistant Manager, Financial Planning & Analysis (MNC Retail)

Our client is a world's leading retailer which plays a vital role in international apparel sector. We are seeking a talented individual to join them as an Assistant Financial Planning & Analysis Manager to work closely with the growing team.

Position Responsibilities

  • Report directly to the Group Manager
  • Expected to grow into a team leading role in a year time
  • Assist with the Group's Budgeting, Forecasting and Strategic Planning and Analysis
  • Prepare Revenue, KPI, GM and OPEX analysis.
  • Collect relevant information and provide financial data to business owner for decision making.
  • Co-ordinate various projects, .e.g. process or system improvement, and provide support and problem solving for processes and initiatives.
  • Perform financial investment feasibility study and post investment tracking.
  • Develop, review and implement appropriate financial systems, models, matrix and tools
  • Assist in the preparation of interim and annual reports

Position Requirements

  • University graduate in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines;
  • HKICPA/ ACCA finalist or qualified;
  • At least 5 years' relevant working experience in Financial Planning and Analysis gained in retail industry;
  • Preferably with at least 3 years audit experience trained in reputable audit firms.
  • Past experience of supporting Sales & Marketing function is a definite advantage.
  • Able to work closely with Business units and Stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and communications skills
  • An energetic, positive and bright personality to match with the team culture
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
  • Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in system knowledge and computer applications. Excellent Access and Excel and PowerPoint skills
