Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Support the Senior Supply Planning Manager through leading a team on current planning processes and key areas of responsibility, and making process improvements for efficiency and in line with team and company strategy
  • Lead the S&OP Core team, a matrix team across departments and geographies, to foster greater ownership and involvement from stakeholders into the monthly Global Operations meetings and process
  • Work with business partners to ensure all documentations are updated and ready for the monthly Global Operations meetings, meetings are scheduled and organized, follow up is clearly documented in a timely manner
  • Understand demand forecasts and market information from regions, and use this to drive conversations and decisions for seasonal and long-range planning
  • Lead the seasonal allocation and planning process, working with key business partners including Production Planning and Product Development teams, to provide any relevant solutions
  • Provide risk and opportunity analysis, and present to senior management and business teams
  • Capable to deal with multiple tasks with time management under pressure.
  • Strong logic to provide the solution / mitigation plan in solid detail number.
  • Strong communication skill needed and problem resolving capability between various department & countries.   
  • Train up team members and help to develop talent within the team

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Logistics or related discipline
  • At least 5 yrs experiences related working experiences
  • Strong communications skills and enjoy working in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent analytical skills and expert in MS Excel
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
