Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • To formulate and implement workflows and procedures of hospital support services and general administration, including laundry and linen services management, concierge and reception, retail outlets management, staff accommodation, changing rooms’ management, vending machines, venue booking and other related services;
  • To supervise junior and frontline staff in delivering quality services to various stakeholders in the hospital;
  • To liaise with outsourced service providers for hospital support services and monitor the service performance;
  • To offer secretarial and executive support; and
  • To support ad hoc projects and assignments.

Job Requirements

  • A bachelor degree holder with at least 3 years' working experience, of which 2 years must be in hospital /hospital planning;
  • Team player with excellent communication, coordination and interpersonal skills;
  • Good command of both spoken and written English & Chinese; and
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.

Compensation and Employment Terms
