Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR consulting and operation services in line with business strategies and objectives.
  • Participate in the execution and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives in support of the global HR transformation agenda.
  • Develop and implement retention initiatives to facilitate talent development, mobility and retention
  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to ensure the business resourcing requirements are fulfilled within the agreed timeline and thru diverse channels.
  • Ensure the smooth implementation of annual cycles, including salary and bonus review and the performance management processes through close partnership with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management, Business Management or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of Global/APAC experience in HR Business Partner / Account Servicing in multinational companies.
  • Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of HR strategic planning, employment related ordinances, HR policies and procedures
  • Team player, results oriented, self motivated and detail minded
  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office especially Excel
  • Experience in HRIS system (esp. Workday) is a plus
