Job Description


  • Manage Department resources to maintain network and infrastructure service availability and stability
  • Manage and ensure the system maintenance, system failover and system drill test are preformed on schedule 
  • Propose and implement IT operation projects and solutions to improve the operation efficiency and performance 
  • Participate in business projects and provide IT operational requirements for daily operation services and supports
  • Manage IT incidents by coordinating support parties for the problem investigation, resolution and escalation 
  • Prepare incident report, perform operational risk assessment and setup preventive measure
  • Participant the SLA meeting with vendor, monitor the vendor performance to ensure that all services in scope are delivered and aligned with service level agreement
  • Govern and manage the change control processes and documents, coordinate and review all change request management activities for IT to ensure business requirements are met and complied 
  • Setup and update departmental internal document and procedure based on company regulations


  • Degree holder in Computer Science, Information System or related disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of IT operation work experience. Experience in financial service or banking industry is preferred
  • Strong coordination, communication and interpersonal skills, able to communicate effectively with all relevant parties at different levels
  • Solid and proven technical project management, coordination and negotiation  
  • Track record of setting up IT operation processes. Familiarity with IT process framework such as ITIL is highly desirable
  • Experience with incident, problem and change management for application, infrastructure and security services 
  • Knowledge and experience to support ISO9001, ISO27001 and PCIDSS assessment is preferred
  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese with the ability to effectively communicate of technical issues and report for the management
  • Require being on call and the ability to respond to emergency issues during off hours
  • Those candidates with more experience would be considered as Manager
