Assistant Manager / Manager, Deposits and Banking Services (Infrastructure Development)

Our client, a well-established bank, is now seeking an experienced candidate to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare relevant strategy papers, business proposals and reports for presentation to senior management
• Plan, formulate and deliver business strategic KPIs or initiatives aimed at achieving seamless customer experience, streamlining the end-to-end operation process and sustaining business growth and retaining competitive edge of deposits & FX products and services
• Manage and execute implementation of deposits & FX infrastructure change initiatives, ensure quality deliverables which meet internal and external customers’ requirements
• Maintain timely communication with IT teams and various stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle to ensure requirements are aligned with business objectives
• Partner with and gear up various departments to initiate business initiatives and devise action plans to address the changing customer concerns and business needs
• Keep abreast of the latest compliance requirements of the Group, Bank and regulatory authorities, initiate necessary internal and external communication plan, internal procedural and system changes

Requirements:

• University Degree in Finance or other relevant disciplines/qualifications
• Minimum six years' experience in Cash FX/retail products development 
• Prior experience in retail digital channel development or multi-functional projects would be an asset
• Ability to think strategically and to innovatively shape and communicate new concepts to meet business growth needs and opportunities
• Excellent Project Management skills including ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong problem solving and influencing skills
• Numerate individual, highly effective communicator across various stakeholders at different levels within the organization, with excellent interpersonal skills
• Able to navigate conflicting priorities
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
