Job Description

The Job:

  • Develop liquidity risk management framework and formulate policies and procedures to meet head office and regulatory requirement, covering Stress Testing, LCR, NSFR, liquidity metrics and contingency funding plan
  • Liaise with various internal stakeholders, from front to back office to prepare various treasury / liquidity reports
  • Assist in the preparation and/ or review of the transfer pricing documentation / reports
  • Assist in daily funding and cash management activities
  • Calculate and maintain record of financing costs and FTP charges
  • Maintain bank accounts and bank balance record 
  • Manage excess liquidity to meet statutory requirements and achieve maximum efficiency
  • Ensure the Group’s interest rate and FX risk are managed according to the internal limits 
  • Take ownership of monthly profit & loss validation and analyses 
  • Participate in the operation flow of the Group’s Medium Term Note program 
  • Coordinate with business lines to develop an understanding of future cash flows
  • Execute fund request from business units  
  • Provide analyses and reports in response to ad hoc request from regulatory body, auditor, and head office.  
  • Assist in establishing a sound Treasury management system include the maintenance of the Treasury database, management reporting and the preparation of internal policies & procedures;
  • Work closely with business, finance, and technology teams to continuously improve and automate internal operational processes


We support local hire with solid relevant working experience in HK.

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or related disciplines preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience 
  • Excellent analytical skills and advanced spreadsheet skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, for effective interaction with front office, middle office and operations colleagues
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English, Chinese and Putonghua
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Officer
