Job Description

K11 ATELIER is the first office building to introduce the Vertical Creative City concept, transforming the design, purpose and culture of workplaces. Conceptualised by Professor David Yencken in 1988, the orginal "Creative City" is concerned with the material well-being of all its citizens, while also aiming to cultivate their creative potentials through infrastructure both tangible and intangible.

It is the natural continuation of K11's brand vision - created by founder Adrian Cheng - to combine art, people and nature in every touchpoint.

K11 ATELIER envisions such concept in a network of Grade A office buildings, setting a new benchmark for the next-generation workforce that values creative and a balanced work-life integration.

Key responsibilities

  • Assist the Manager to execute strategic B2B and B2C marketing plans to drive business growth
  • Coordinate with Group Marketing, PR and Communications, Project Management, CS, Legal, Finance and other functional teams to ensure brand consistency and smoothness operations
  • Propose, develop and deploy tactical action plans across various O2O touch points, inclusive but not limited to marketing promotion, lead generation, CRM campaigns, community engagement programme, advertising & event, website & app development, etc.
  • Assist in social media management, CRM deployment and other digital transformation development aiming at elevating client experience
  • Quotations and sales related documents preparation
  • Assist in reporting, presentations, data analysis, conduct market research and support ad hoc assignment as needed

Basic Requirements

  • Min. 6 years’ experience in marketing communications, event organizing, social media & CRM management
  • Out-of-the-box thinker ready to get creative in building a brand from ground level
  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally on all initiatives
  • Ambitious, confident individual to explore and develop opportunities 
  • Good communication and negotiation skills
  • Project management & problem solving skills
  • Selling technique, creative, independent, able to meet deadlines
  • Digital savvy with business and market awareness
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin and English
