Job Description

Reports to: Department Manager

Role and Responsibilities

This position is for a dynamic individual who will join a young and dynamic team to:

  • Expand Doc Net’s panel network through the promotion of our digital platform and its unique service offerings to doctors and providers in private practice
  • Identify and recruit new providers, initiate action plans and strategies to achieve organizational targets
  • Manage the entire contracting process with medical service providers, including prospecting, negotiation, credentialing and orientation
  • Promote the use of our digital health platform through orientations and ongoing communications with providers
  • Educate providers on our provider portal, policies and procedures
  • Build a deep understanding of the accounts’ needs and engage stakeholders effectively to achieve common goals 
  • Provide excellent relationship management and customer service to our provider network through timely communications, clinic visits and handling of provider issues in a professional manner
  • Maintain a pulse on industry trends, including research and analyses, and collect market intelligence
  • Provide administrative support to the network team
  • Other duties/projects as assigned


  • Functional experience: 3-5 years of experience in medical sales and/ or network development in a medical group and/ or other healthcare settings
  • Education: Bachelors degree desired but not required
  • Technology experience: Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM and database management a plus
  • Passionate about medical field and target driven
  • Enjoy meeting people and building relationships
  • Team player with pleasant personality, good communications and sales skills
  • A strong dedication and desire to thrive to succeed in a start-up environment
  • Enthusiastic professional with relevant proven track records in sales and business development preferred
  • Remuneration will be commensurate with experience
