Job Description

Our client, a well-known MPF Company in Hong Kong, is looking for a high caliber to join the group.

Responsibilities

A)   Inbound team: Officer

  • Provide outbound service support through clients’ loyalty programs
  • Handle MPF & ORSO enquiries through hotlines & emails

 

B)   Outbound team : Assistant Manager

  • Explore business opportunity and provide professional MPF consultation service
  • Manage premier clients’ portfolio through loyalty and retention programs
  • Participate to sales & service events and activities

C) Assistant Manager - Business development

D)   Pensions Service : Administrator / Officer 

E)  Officer (User Acceptance Test) – Information Technology

 

Requirements

  • College graduate or equivalent
  • At least 2 years’ experience in banking or financial industries, preferably in call center / customer service environment.
  • Good understanding of MPF and ORSO is preferable
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese word processing
  • Passed MPF Intermediaries Examination and / or with SFC Licensed Representative qualification (Only for A, B and C)
  • Proficiency in English and Mandarin
