Job Description

You will support the development of eCommerce as a channel for a portfolio of Premium Airport Service products within Plaza premium Group. The incumbent will be monitoring and constantly improving the performance of our various brand websites. As the performance marketing and data expert, you will also be responsible to drive marketing campaigns across all digital channels, and analyse data to identify marketing opportunities and trends to drive business decisions.


  • Manage digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels, including paid search, display, social, email marketing etc ensuring effective use of keywords and content.
  • Create and supervise online tagging and tracking policy across all markets.
  • Conduct data analysis to identify business opportunities; provide actionable insights.
  • Perform constant A/B and MVT testing on website content, layout, messaging and user interface to improve overall web performance.
  • Be the super user of CMS (Content Management System) and web analytics tool, and train local and global marketing team members on usage.
  • Partner with business units to develop brand websites, create landing pages and maintain websites functionality and content, including pricing and inventory database.
  • Facilitate system integration and online connectivity to support sales and marketing efforts.
  • Develop reports and dashboards to track and share performance, measuring against business goals (ROI/KPI) and quantifiable metrics (traffic, conversion, transaction, revenue, bounce and error rates).
  • Support various eCommerce and CRM efforts, including but not limited to system integration, data management, customer acquisition, segmentation, retention and other campaigns.
  • Track, analyse and optimise all digital marketing efforts.


  • Degree qualified in Marketing, ECommerce, statistics or a relevant discipline with 5+ years experience in eCommerce, performance marketing or CRM operations in travel/hospitality industry or related field.
  • Proficiency in web analytics, split-testing, tagging and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Tableu or similar is compulsory, with strong understanding of ROI and web conversion metrics.
  • Technologically savvy, up-to-date with current online marketing concepts, key trends, strategy and best practices.
  • Experience in CMS, CRM or marketing automation software, such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Marketo, Kentico, and Joomla is a plus.
  • Ability to think on your feet and problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Highly analytical, data-driven, results oriented and ability to deliver actionable recommendations through data analysis to influence business decisions and develop strategies.
  • Excellent attention to detail and strong work ethics.
  • Energetic self-starter.
