Job Description

Job Purpose:

Due to company expansion, our company has these new openings for the Human Resources functions of our front-line operation.

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee the full spectrum of human resources duties with major focuses on strategic human resources planning, recruitment, daily activities for front-line operation, employee relations and performance management
  • Lead and supervise a team to ensure that they are motivated and trained and carry out their responsibilities to required standards
  • Establish a professional, standardized and seamless recruitment process to ensure recruitment standards are aligned with the organization goals
  • Formulate and implement staffing and talent management strategies, policies and procedures which ensure the effective recruitment and retention of high quality employees
  • Provide constructive advice on effective staffing / hiring strategies to hiring managers
  • Work closely with team leaders, center-in-charge and operation managers for facilitating and expediting recruitment process to achieve the business objectives.
  • Develop and implement all necessary policies and procedures to promote effective communication between management
  • Provide pragmatic advice to effectively manage and resolve human capital issues whilst ensuring all activities conform to regulatory / legislative requirements

Job Requirements: 

  • University graduate in Human Resources, Organizational/Industrial Psychology or related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years of Human Resources experience
  • Experience in Beauty,  Fitness or Retail industries is an advantage
  • Familiar with personality assessment and other psychometric tools
  • Able to communicate with people at all levels of the organization and cope with a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.  Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks
  • Driven, knowledgeable, organized with strong leadership skills and eagerness to succeed 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with good command of spoken and written English and Chinese and fluency in Mandarin
