Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively build and maintain good relationship with business partners and sales managers throughout consistently communication to ensure all updates, changes, and new information are being delivered
  • Monitor the service level of other Life Operation teams and work closely with them to achieve the agreed service standard in order to manage the expectation of business partners
  • Proactively collect feedback from business partners to identify the area of improvement on Life Operations
  • Provide operation training / sharing session / on-site support to business partners to ensure their admin staff and consultants having necessary knowledge and information available to submit new business and service request to company
  • Handle project e.g. product launch / incentive campaign / service enhancement etc

Key Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Business Administration or Financial Services
  • Over 5 years of experience in insurance operations and/or brokerage support
  • Able to work independently and not required much supervision when deal with business partners
  • Good communication skill & interpersonal skill, to maintain good relationship with business partners
  • Presentable and good competent to deal with demanding customers
  • Customer focus
  • Effective Team Player who can build consensus
