Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all Sales exposure business support materials, business opportunity literature and imaginary
  • Conduct interviews, photo shooting, content review, background and theme design for internal publications (Amagram & Newsgram)
  • Prepare promotion materials, photo shooting for new Diamond distributors, produce lead-in video for feature speakers, design rally theme, inviting frontlines / sharing speakers / feature speakers to design their on-stage speech style & post event recap for Amway rallies
  • Prepare all sales corresponding, including mail, email & SMS
  • Plan and organize communication meetings, briefing sessions on new policies and plans
  • Access, analyze and identify ABO training needs through meeting with key leaders, conduct survey and/or focus group
  • Design and set up training syllabus and contents
  • Select training resources, contracting with and supervising the activities of contract trainers
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive the effective implementation of training
  • Gather continuous feedback on trainer’s performance, training attendances and implementation service and satisfaction
  • Manage training budget

Requirements

  • Degree qualification or above in Business Administration/ Communication
  • At least 5 years of solid work experience in related industries
  • Proactive, work independently and good co-ordination/ cooperative
  • Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua
