Job Description

We are looking for suitable candidate with following key responsibilities:

  • Support Head of Sales Operations in daily Channel operational functions
  • Sales incentive management include cost modelling, proposal sign-off, payment validation and benefit tracking
  • Prepare regular and ad hoc management and sales reports for Management’s review
  • Perform data mining and business analysis, identify exceptional trend and make recommendation for process improvement
  • Responsible for budget monitoring and expense reconciliation, identify and follow up on irregular transactions. Assist annual operation budget review and approval
  • Database management with timely and proper filing system in accordance with internal and regulatory requirements
  • As Project Manager for new sales initiatives

Requirements:

  • University Degree in Finance, Actuarial Science, Statistics or related discipline. Accounting/CFP/CFA qualification an added advantage
  • Minimum 10 years working experience, with at least 3 years relevant experience in budget management, data analysis and performance management
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to details
  • High capacity to organize and prioritize assignments with autonomy
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint, knowledge of Life AS400 is a plus
