Client Details

Our client is a well-established blue-chip company. They are currently hiring an Assistant Company Secretarial Manager to support their operation. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Senior Company Secretarial Officer.


The Assistant Manager/Senior Officer will provide support to the group with duties including but not limited to:

  • To ensure compliance of statutory and regulatory matters of the Company and its subsidiaries (the "Group"), including compliance with Companies Ordinance, Securities and Futures Ordinance ("SFO"), the Hong Kong Listing Rules and other relevant statutory and regulatory requirements;
  • To organize and prepare for board meetings, committee meetings and shareholder meetings and draft minutes;
  • To assist in advising the board and the management on corporate governance and regulatory matters;
  • To provide compliance advice on material transactions and corporate matters of the Group;
  • To liaise with the Hong Kong stock Exchange and other regulatory authorities;
  • To draft announcements, circulars and interim/annual reports
  • To manage its subsidiaries
  • To liaise with other professional advisors and various government authorities / regulators;
  • To manage a team of subordinates;
  • To handle ad-hoc company secretarial related assignments.


The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and attributes:

  • At least 8 years' related experience with at least 4 years from listed companies
  • Degree qualified
  • Associate member of HKICS or equivalent
  • Good understanding of the requirements of Companies Ordinance and Listing Rules is a must
  • Positive attitude with good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English & Chinese
