About the company

We are representing a reputable retail brand to call for an interior design store planning project management talent to join the team as a AM, Store Planning. The brand is reputed for its classic and timeless design as well as its energetic culture. They create a new headcount to support the ongoing project pipeline.

about the role

Reporting to the regional team leader, you are expecting your major responsibilities to be the below:

  • Involve in managing new store opening, renovation, maintenance and consolidation interior design coordination, which includes project planning, cost control and onsite supervision to ensure the store renovation or development projects are delivered in a timely and quality manner
  • Take charge in designs management and relevant materials for store renovation and development projects
  • Ensure the store design aligns with the brand's standards and requirements
  • Coordinate and work closely with relevant stakeholders, such as end users, landlords, internal teams, consultancies and contractors

Requirements & qualifications

  • Degree holder in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent
  • Around 7 years of experience involving in retail store interior design project management; Experience in fashion, jewellery, FMCG, F&B brands or equivalent will be considered
  • In house experience in retail brands would be a great advantage
  • Detail-minded as well as having excellent communication and interpersonal skills and with high level of aesthetic flair
  • Independent, strong planning and management skills with excellent problem solving skills
  • Fluent spoken and written Cantonese is a must, professional work proficiency English and Mandarin is also necessary
