What You Will be Doing

  • Work closely with Product Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure that design specifications can be implemented, to track changes and to make design adjustments when necessary 
  • Proactively define the graphical user interface direction & document them as graphic guidelines
  • Develop prototype and communicate design concepts and specifications
  • Plan, coordinate and conduct all necessary activities throughout the design requirements
  • Promote the accurate front-end technologies and formats to use for the new design
  • Anticipate the new UI trends and promote them to the Product Management teams
  • Plan and run focus groups to study user behaviour

Who is our Right Fit

  • 3-6 years' experience of UI/UX designer
  • Bachelor Degree in Web Design / Multimedia Design / Graphic Arts or related disciplines
  • Demonstrated understanding of user-centered design methodology and current trends in design patterns
  • Proven understanding of design skills and principles as well as an eye for subtle detail
  • Capability of thriving in a fast-paced, iterative, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong communication and organization skills

Wide Spectrum of Product Offerings - Currently, HKTVmall and HoKoBuy have more than 2,800 stores selling more than 270,000 products, ranging from supermarket, beauty and health, fashion, household, electronics to hot deals. But we do not stop here, our team strives every effort to bring more personalized products at a much cost efficient ways to our customers.

 

  1. End-to-end e-Fulfillment Center – Currently, HKTV maintains logistics centers at Tsing Yi, Kwai Chung and Tseung Kwan O with gross floor area over 280,000 square feet and operates a logistic fleet over 250 vehicles including cool trucks with compartments in 3 different temperatures.

 

  1. Reversed O2O Retail Model - HKTV strive to deliver a new way of retailing in Hong Kong. In 2017, we started to expand our O2O stores by using a “small” store to push for Offline-to-Online conversion, which act as a “show case” for a wide spectrum of products, an education center for digital conversion and a service point for different delivery needs.  Riding on the successful experiment at South Horizons store by increasing the number of orders and customers by 5 times, and the revenue by 4 times in the surrounding residential areas in 3 months’ time, we target to expand our O2O stores to 120 stores by year end aiming to replicate the same success.
