Job Description

Our client is a prestige international advisory firm and they are currently looking for an Assistant Marketing Manager to join their dynamic team.

Client Details

Our client is a global advisory company and industry leader specialised in residence and citizenship. They have more than 30 office operating around the world and the office in Hong Kong has become one of the most influential companies in APAC region. Their achievement has also been intentionally recognised and won numerous awards. With steady growth and expansion in business, they are now hiring an Assistant Marketing Manager.


  • Assist global and regional marketing and communication activities in terms of implementation and coordination
  • Conduct market research, concept planning and timeline management to facilitate the execution of group marketing campaign
  • Communicate and liaise with global and regional marketing team to ensure brand standards and guidelines are consistent
  • Involve in event management for both global and regional marketing such as hosting seminars and planning clients events
  • Preparing and developing pitch book, proposal and presentation to clients
  • Assist Manager in ad-hoc activities that are assigned


  • Bachelor Degree holder in Marketing, Communication or related discipline
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of marketing experience
  • Past experience in in-house marketing or marketing agency managing global brand is essential
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to communicate people from different backgrounds at all levels, for both internal and external
  • Good at time management and able to meet project under tight deadline, strong team player
  • Proficient in MS Office, knowledgeable in Photoshop and InDesign is a plus
  • Excellent command in both written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
