- Formulate Customer Relationship Management strategies to drive the brand & customer's loyalty
- Establish CRM system, build up database and conduct consumer behavior analysis
- Implement Digital & CRM member activation, re-purchase stimulation, retention and loyalty program, including program operations, pre & post campaign analysis and development of communications
- Plan and execute marketing activities to reach out the targeted segments and acquire new base
- Deliver written materials in a variety of formats for digital, print collateral and other thought leadership pieces, taking into account responses from the target community
- Monitor PR and copywriting agency and handle media pitching
- Bachelor in Marketing, Journalism or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years of solid experience in marketing, preferably in retail/FMCG industry
- Copywriting experience in PR, social media, blog or magazine
- A creative thinker with a detail-oriented approach
- Self-motivated, think out of the box and able to work in fast-paced working environment
