Assistant Marketing Manager (SME - Online contract renewal management) 
 
Job duties:
• Enhance contract renewal rate by creating a compelling online experience and shifting customers to utilize the online channels
• Design and implement marketing plans to increase customer traffic, customer retention rate as well as related sales conversion via digital and electronic channels
• Monitor new business trends and initiate improvement ideas
• In charge of major performance reports and generate insight to management
• Work closely with internal departments to smooth out operation process & logistics
 
Qualifications:
• Bachelor degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline
• At least 6 years of marketing experience, preferable in telecommunications/ ICT industry, interested/experience in serving SME customers
• Proficient in digital marketing practices
• Possess excellent data analytical skills
• Creative, self-motivated, good communication skills and attentive to details
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple marketing programs with tight deadlines
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese
