Job Description

Key job tasks/duties/responsibilities:
  • Management of orders and the delivery time frames
  • Managing and reporting on on-time deliveries
  • Maintain relationships between factories, Customer, Quality Assurance and Control
  • Production of technical documentation and update as required
  • Work closely with Quality Assurance Teams
  • Negotiations with factories
To be successful in this role you will need:
  • 5+ years’ experience in direct deal with buyers for Merchandiser / 3+year experience for Junior Merchandiser required
  • Immediate Available is preferred
  • Buying office experience preferred
  • Previous experience in intimate is a must
  • Knowledge in both woven and knit items will be an advantage
  • Demonstrated experience working with manufacturers, suppliers, or distributors
  • Demonstrated exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Willingness to travel when required & as necessary
  • A confident and proactive work ethic
  • Strong planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Bachelor’s Degree/Tertiary Qualification is preferred but not essential

To support this strategic direction Global Sourcing Offices located in Hong Kong.
As the Assistant Merchandiser of Intimate, you will be the primary contact with the Merchandise teams, Vendors and Suppliers for the Apparel category. You will be responsible for the sourcing of appropriate vendors and suppliers, coordination between key players in the supply chain, production management, tracking and reporting. 
We are looking for candidates that have demonstrated experience in sourcing intimate.
