Job Description


  • Support in organizing and overseeing the agency projects and implementation of fund raising events/ activities in different scales
  • Design manpower resources plan and ensure strict adherence to the work schedule and proper delivery of each event/ programme
  • Solicit sponsorship from corporate partners and media supports from both conventional and digital media
  • Handle external donations from various avenues including online platform, corporate partners or individuals and ensure compliance with relevant guidelines
  • Assist in annual budget planning for projects in charge and manage approved event budget
  • Manage marketing channels incl. website, Facebook, YouTube or other digital marketing platforms by supporting external enquiries, regular content updates
  • Manage any ad hoc duties as assigned by the management



  • Degree holder in Marketing, Communications, Event Management or related discipline
  • At least 2-3 years relevant working experience in event management and marketing communications
  • Creative, proactive, well organized, details-oriented and able to work independently
  • A self-motivated team player with good interpersonal, communications and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS word, Excel and PowerPoint (Chinese inputting is required)
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese (both written & spoken) and good spoken Mandarin is a plus
  • Experience in developing multimedia contents and image/video productions would be an advantage
