l Handle customer’s enquiry and follow up on service requirement
l Assist in developing all corporate communications materials
l Update the corporate website and videos
l Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders so as to accomplish different activities/ programmes and corporate affairs
l Work closely with other departments to provide administrative support to enhance workflow efficiency
l Handle ad-hoc assignments and projects as required
l Degree holder is preferred
l At least 2 years relevant working experience in corporate communication or customer services
l Excellent command of written Chinese and English
l Familiar with MS Office and Chinese word processing
l Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
l Attention to details, energetic and a good team-player
l Responsible and be able to work independently
l Candidate with less experience will be considered as the assistant officer.
l Immediate available is preferred
