Job Description


  • Work closely with Global, HK, China and Regional Team to develop and support the cross-border strategy with implementation according to the brand proposition.
  • Support the SEA ecommerce and Lazada operations
  • Take the lead for the daily store operation by monitoring TP & LP performance and giving guidance
  • Ensure the logistics and fulfilment process by working closely with TP/LP, Supply Chain Team and logistics vendor
  • Monitor the sales trend with correspondence inventory planning with insights and reports
  • Optimize the unbox experience with appropriate packing, wrapping and delivery solutions
  • Collaborate with marketing team to use content, digital marketing tactics and campaigns to generate traffic and sales
  • Plan and liaise with KOL for executing the live streaming and sales planning
  • Monitor the customer service level to ensure excellent customer experience and work with the team to improve the service
  • Coordinate the training frequency for maintaining a good consultation service
  • Keep track on the KPIs for the Flagship store by applying right metrics in sales, operation, marketing and customer services and apply analysis
  • Generate daily or weekly performance report and manage various internal stakeholders
  • Monitor the market and provide intelligence for internal operation


  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, ecommerce or related discipline
  • At least 3-5 years of ecommerce experience especially with 3rd party marketplaces preferably in China and Singapore (e.g. Tmall,, Lazada etc.)
  • Understanding of China digital / ecommerce landscape
  • Experience in managing SEM in Google, Yahoo and Baidu
  • Hands-on experience in managing Tmall flagship and able to cope with the fast changing environment in the platform
  • Strong sense of brand aesthetics with retail, luxury goods or fashion experience
  • Experience in managing order management system e.g. Magento/Shopify/Magento
  • Strong ownership and result-oriented person and sensitive to numbers
  • Possess curious and passionate personality
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team player with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet critical deadlines concurrently; effective use of time management and prioritization skills
  • Good spoken and written English and Mandarin
