Job Description


  • Manage multiple outsourced mailing services projects including resources estimation, project timeline liaison, progress/3rd party cost monitoring and problem resolution
  • Manage vendors including quotation/delivery schedule liaison, quality assurance and problem resolution
  • Create process models, workflows and charts to provide direction to operations staff
  • Review practices and procedures for continuous improvement of requirement/production processes



  • Degree holder preferably in Engineering/Science subjects
  • Quick learner with strong self-motivation and good analytical skills
  • Good communications, interpersonal and negotiation skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • At least 5 years of sound management experience
  • Relevant working experience in statement mailing operations in credit card/banking business an advantage
