Exciting new role for you

You will be assisting line manager to oversee the Policy Admin activity. You will also be monitoring the performance of the team and the individuals, handling different types of policy alterations and policy servicing on different types of products, also assisting in developing programs related to policy administration in order to get client satisfaction through continuous improvement.  


  • University graduate preferred
  • at least 6 years' experience in the life insurance industry in Policy Servicing.
  • Previous experience in providing customer service and handling complaint
  • Good team players who are highly flexible with an analytical mindset, excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
