An opportunity to join one of the largest financial institution in Hong Kong and coordinate procurement activities.
With a strong performance record behind them, they are planning to further expand their market share within Hong Kong, and currently looking to hire an Assistant Procurement Manager to facilitate their expansion plan.
Support team head to formulate central procurement strategy and identify cost saving opportunities
Handle procurement activities for wide range of products, such as professional service, IT, office, marketing, renovation, office supplies and essentials
Prepare budget planning for launching ad hoc project, and conduct compliance monitoring
Review supplier's performance & service delivery
Liaise with multiple internal stakeholders for a deployment of automation of Supply Chain management
Bachelor Degree Holder in Business administration, Procurement & Supply Chain or related disciplines is preferred
At least 5 years working experiences in sizeable company, preferably Real Estate Management
CIPS and HKIS qualifier will be an advantage
Able to take up personal responsibility and maintain positive working attitude
Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
Fluent Cantonese, English and Mandarin
