Responsibilities:

• Responsible for new shops development from planning and managing until completion;
• Responsible for renovation and manage fitting out projects;
• Conduct regular site visits, monitor and control the projects to ensure completion of works on-time and within the budget;
• Liaise and coordinate with internal departments and external parties to ensure work progress;
• Handle project documents, and reports submission;
• Any other duties as assigned by the management;

 

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering or other related discipline;
• Minimum 8 years related working experience with 5 years managerial experience (applications with 2 years managerial experience are considered as Assistant Project Manager);
• Experience in renovation project is a must;
• Well versed in <Building Ordinance> and <Fire Safety (Buildings) Ordinance> and Regulations;
• Strong leadership and excellent in project planning, organization, coordination and execution;
• Able to work independently, detailed-minded, self-motivated and good interpersonal skills;
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing;
• With working experience in property management/ building management will be advantaged;
• Immediate availability is highly preferred;
